During 2005, Sabal Trust experienced record new business and growth in client assets. We appreciate your support and the confidence you have placed in us. We are grateful and want to say "Thank You."

As of December 31, 2005, Sabal Trust Company is Florida's largest employee owned Investment Management and Trust Company. We strongly believe that an employee owned and operated trust company is an important asset for our community. We believe that an employee owned company has greater stability of staff and can be more flexible and responsive to clients.

Our goal is to build a company that will serve the investment management, trust, estate and financial planning needs of our clients for many, many years. In order to accomplish this, we must continue to attract and retain experienced and dedicated Principals (employee shareholders) who have a commitment to service and will focus first and foremost on meeting the needs of our clients.

It therefore gives us great pleasure to announce that we have elected two new Principals at Sabal Trust, Heather Miller and Gerry LaBossiere. A copy of our Leadership Brochure is enclosed. A brief resume for Heather and Gerry is provided below.

Heather R. Miller
Heather Miller enjoys giving back to the community through her participation in the Susan G. Komen 5K run for cancer and donations to the University Of Miami School Of Business where she received her BA in Finance and Economics. Heather is a 2003 graduate of the Florida Trust School and is currently a candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst program.

Girard A. LaBossiere, CFPŽ
Gerry LaBosseire is involved in several community activities through his children and supports a variety of selected charities. He currently participates in the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation - Professional Partners Program. Gerry also served our national community through a fourteen year career with the United States Air Force. Mr. LaBossiere is a Certified Financial Planner, a member of the Financial Planning Association of Tampa Bay and a University of Florida graduate.
